Can I Claim on my Insurance?
Our animal physiotherapists are members of the International Association of Animal Therapists (IAAT) and the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP). These professional bodies are widely recognised by pet insurers, and as such, treatment should be covered by most insurance companies. All three treatment modalities offered at Cromwell ARC fall under complementary therapy and are often subject to separate excess fee and possibly have a separate limit to any other veterinary treatment.
Although widely covered by insurance, we do advise you check with your own insurance company prior to treatment to ensure your individual policy covers physiotherapy and/or hydrotherapy.
